Step 1

Begin with a chain of 288 Speks. Every 12th Spek, fold the chain back on itself so that the Speks all align.

Step 2

Continue folding the chain back and forth onto itself until you have a 24x12 sheet of Speks like so.

Step 3

Fold the sheet in half so that you end up with two 12x12 squares aligned on top of each other. It is easiest to do this by placing your splitter card in the middle, folding the sheet, then slowly sliding the card out so ensure that the sheets remain aligned.

Step 4

Create 4 rings of 24 Speks each and stack them on top of each other so that they interlock.

Step 5

Gently place this column of Speks in the center of the square. On the other side, create one or two chains of your color of choice and place them in the center of the square to create tassels.
