Step 1
Start with a ring of 5 speks. Wrap a chain of speks around the ring to create a pentagon. Continue until each side has 8 speks. The shape will not be flat

Step 2
Repeat step one reducing the number of speks per side by one for each pentagon, making 2 of the smallest with 3 speks per side

Step 3
Make 20 rings of 5 speks each

Step 4
Assembly time! stack 5 rings of 5 to make a tube, then attach the bottom to one of the smallest pentagons and the top to the inside of the largest

Step 5
Stack 3 more rings of 5 on top of the last layer and add the next. Stack 2 rings on top of this and add the 3rd largest pentagon

Step 6
Add 2 more rings between the next 2 layers and the final ring before adding the last layer of branches!
